Here's founder, Tom Camacho... "I began my leadership journey in the US military as a helicopter platoon leader and pilot and went on to serve as a business leader at the General Electric company. My leadership lessons only deepened when I pivoted in my 30’s to become a pastor and church planter (It’s been a fascinating journey). Biblical studies and lots of hard-earned lessons taught me about following God in my leadership. This diverse experience helps me appreciate and connect with each of my clients.
In 2013 I began coaching leaders in business and ministry to find joy in their leadership and lead at their very best. Coaching has become a true passion and joy for me as I help leaders cooperate with God and do what they were born to do."
